党校备课的关键有三:一是学习党的政策法规,科学文化与时事,做到准确把握有自我见解;二是倾听社会各界的呼声了解情况与需求,做到有的放矢;三是体验群众生活和领导工作做到言之有物,有指导性。
There are three key points in preparing lesson plans at the Party School: First, to learn the party’s policies and regulations, scientific culture and current affairs so as to accurately grasp self-opinions; second, to listen to the voices of all sectors of the community to understand the situation and needs so as to make targeted targets; third, to experience the life and leadership of the masses The work is materialistic and instructive.
