以零件模型是否易于复用为标准,运用分类分层的方法确定了带式输送机输送带、滚筒、托辊、张紧装置等四大类标准件。以VB6.0为开发语言,对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,利用“宏录制”功能辅助实现快速编程,建立了带式输送机标准件模型库,并将其作为插件与SolidWorks无缝结合,解决了SolidWorks软件缺少带式输送机标准件库的问题,提高了设计效率。
