设计特制的药室,评价2—乙酰—1—吡咯啉和天然露兜树(pandanus amaryllifdiusRoxb.)叶提取物对赤拟谷盗(Tribolium castaneum (Herbst.))的引诱作用表明:在放有纸丸的米罐笼内,赤拟谷盗表现出寻觅安全岛的行为,但无芳香味的大米引诱的赤拟谷盗明显增多(P<0.05);而用2—乙酰—1—吡咯啉(不同浓度)处理无芳香味大米者,较不处理的多引诱赤拟谷盗35%~70%。其中1.0ppb的诱虫作用最强。研究发现,天然露兜树叶提取物的诱虫作用与0.0001~0.1 ppb的2—乙酰—1—吡咯啉的诱虫作用相当。天然露兜树提取物作为一种潜在的害虫控制工具,其价值值得探讨。
A specially designed drugstore was designed to evaluate the attractiveness of the leaf extracts of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline and the natural pandanus amaryllifdius Roxb.
