2009年7月,“中国调味品协会复合调味料专业委员会成立大会暨全国复合调味料行业研讨会”在上海隆重召开。会上复合调味料专业委员会主任委员、上海太太乐食品有限公司总经理荣耀中先生在会上就中国复合调味料产业的沿革、发展前景、专委会的工作等内容,结合其创立太太乐的实践作了一场生动的演讲,《粮食与油脂》现对其讲话予以全文刊登以飨读者。
