利用 EDTP 与铜螯合迅速并显深蓝色和高选择性的特点,建立了 EDTP 测定铜的流动注射分光光度法.测定 pH 为4.5,检测波长为655nm,测定范围为1×10~(-4)~2×10~(-3)mol/L,进样体积50μl,采样频率为120次/h.应用本法,不用分离和掩蔽直接测定了铅合金、铜合金和锌合金中常量的铜,结果满意。
The EDTP method was developed for the flow injection spectrophotometric determination of copper by using EDTP and copper chelation rapidly and with dark blue color and high selectivity.The detection wavelength was 655nm and the detection range was 1 × 10 ~ (-4) ) ~ 2 × 10 ~ (-3) mol / L, the injection volume is 50μl and the sampling frequency is 120 times / h.This method can be applied to the direct determination of copper in lead alloys, copper alloys and zinc alloys without separation and masking Satisfactory results.
