应用电感偶合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定生物样本中铅的浓度,考察核素促排药新促排灵对铅中毒小鼠的促排作用。小鼠一次性腹腔注射乙酸铅溶液,每只染铅1 mg,建立急性铅中毒模型,染铅后4 h腹腔注射新促排灵(Zn-DTPA),连续给药5天。同时设正常对照组、染铅模型组、新促排灵与促排灵(Ca-DTPA)联用组。每天收集尿液,在实验的第2、4和6天分别处死部分小鼠,取全血、双侧股骨、脑,消解处理后,用ICP-MS测定铅含量。结果表明Zn-DTPA能显著增加尿铅的排出,降低血液、股骨和脑组织中的铅含量。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the concentration of lead in biological samples. The mice were injected intraperitoneally with lead acetate solution (1 mg each) to establish an acute lead poisoning model. Zn-DTPA was injected intraperitoneally 4 h after lead exposure for 5 consecutive days. At the same time, the normal control group, lead-induced model group, the New Efficacy of Efficacy and Efficacy (Ca-DTPA) group. Urine was collected daily, and some mice were sacrificed on the 2nd, 4th and 6th day respectively. Whole blood, bilateral femurs and brains were collected. After digestion, the contents of lead were determined by ICP-MS. The results show that Zn-DTPA can significantly increase the excretion of urinary lead, reduce the blood, femur and brain lead content.
