目的:对口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损患者的临床治疗效果与方法进行探究和分析。方法:对2015年1月-2015年12月期间,我院接诊的50例错牙合伴牙列缺损患者临床资料进行分析,将50例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者25人。对对照组患者单纯进行口腔正畸治疗,而对观察组患者进行正畸与牙列缺损恢复治疗。通过疗效比较得出该修复效果的临床优势。结果:观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,失败率有所降低,差距具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对错牙合伴牙列缺损患者进行治疗的过程中,需要对其进行口腔正畸与修复相结合的治疗方式,这样的治疗效果更为明显,失败率较低,是未来牙科临床医学研究的重要发展方向。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical effects and methods of orthodontic treatment combined with orthodontic treatment for malocclusion with dentition defect.
