目的对某工业涂料调色研发作业场所存在的职业病危害因素进行检测和评价,以确保该建设项目正式投产后职业病危害防护设施符合国家有关标准、规范要求,从而保护劳动者健康;同时也为卫生行政部门对该项目的竣工验收提供科学依据。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、《工业企业设计卫生标准》和《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》、《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》,采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行评价。结果毒物和噪声是工业涂料调色研发的主要职业病危害因素。其中,噪声范围在75.4~91.4 dB(A)之间,超标的占16.7%(1/6);粉尘和毒物浓度符合国家卫生标准。结论该项目的机械化、自动化程度较高,通风排毒设施齐全,各项职业卫生管理制度执行有力,有效地控制了职业病危害的发生。
Objective To detect and evaluate the occupational hazards existing in the research and development of industrial paints to ensure that occupational hazards protection facilities meet the requirements of relevant national standards and norms in order to protect the health of workers after the project is put into operation formally. Methods According to Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises, Code of Practice for Occupational Disease Hazard Assessment of Construction Projects, and Sampling Specifications for Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Air at Workplaces, a field occupational hygiene survey, occupational hazards Factor testing and occupational health examination methods such as evaluation. As a result, poisons and noise are the major occupational hazards in the development of industrial paints. Among them, the noise ranged from 75.4 to 91.4 dB (A), exceeding the limit of 16.7% (1/6); the dust and poison concentrations conformed to the national health standards. Conclusion The project has a high level of mechanization, automation and ventilation and detoxification facilities. The implementation of various occupational health management systems has effectively and effectively controlled the occurrence of occupational diseases and hazards.
