文征明(1470-1559年),初名壁,又字征仲,别号衡山居士,长洲(今江苏吴县)人,明代著名书画家、藏书家。曾学文于吴宽,学书法于李应祯,学绘画于沈周,又与祝允明、唐寅、徐祯卿等文士相切磋,名声益著。正德末年,巡抚李充嗣爱其才,荐于朝廷,授翰林院待诏,四方求其诗文、书画者不断。后因厌倦官场交际,辞官归里,专以诗文、书画为乐。其著述,
