对一种蛇形流道太阳能平板空气集热器的集热性能进行研究,揭示流道转弯数N与蛇形流道集热器集热性能之间的关系,得到集热器流道转弯数的推荐值。指出大转弯数蛇形流道空气集热器FR值可近似用N=1时的FR值进行替代研究,当N>5时,集热器热迁移因子FR与N=1误差不超过5%。通过理论研究,获得带金属隔板蛇形流道集热器热迁移因子FR的理论表达式,并对集热器进行优化,使集热器热迁移因子FR提高到0.81。
