该研究按照《中国药典》(2015年版)要求测定样品醇溶性浸出物含量,同时建立GC-MS指纹图谱,使用《中药指纹图谱相似度评价(2012年版)》计算指纹图谱相似度,峰面积归一化法计算170~270 min与0~100 min 2区间总峰面积的比值,自动质谱退卷积定性系统(AMDIS)结合保留指数(RI)鉴定共有组分和差异组分,OPLS-DA结合相关系数P(corr)和变量权重(VIP)筛选差异组分,灰色关联度和TOPSIS分析法综合评价人工沉香品质。结果显示18批人工沉香中15批浸出物含量符合要求,指纹图谱相似度在0.439~0.779,2区间总峰面积比值在0.307~13.254,共鉴定出9个共有组分和8个差异组分,综合上述20个指标进行灰色关联度和TOPSIS分析得到2%水杨酸诱导的人工沉香品质最优。建立的灰色关联度结合TOPSIS分析法可快速判断不同酸性诱导剂生产的人工沉香品质,为人工沉香的全面质量评价提供参考依据。
According to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition), the content of alcohol-soluble extract in the sample was determined. At the same time, the GC-MS fingerprinting was established. The similarity of fingerprints was calculated using the similarity evaluation of Chinese traditional medicine fingerprint (2012 version) One-chemistry method was used to calculate the ratio of total peak area of 170 ~ 270 min to 0 ~ 100 min 2, AMDIS and RI were used to identify the common components and differential components. OPLS-DA binding Correlation coefficient P (corr) and variable weight (VIP) were used to screen the difference components, gray relational degree and TOPSIS analysis to evaluate the quality of artificial incense. The results showed that the content of 15 batches of extracts in 18 batches of Chinese medicinal plants accord with the requirements, the similarity of fingerprint was in the range of 0.439 ~ 0.779, the ratio of total peak area was 0.307 ~ 13.254, 9 common constituents and 8 differential constituents were identified, Based on the above 20 indexes, gray relational degree and TOPSIS analysis showed that 2% salicylic acid induced the best quality of artificial incense. The establishment of the gray correlation with TOPSIS analysis can quickly determine the different acid inducer production quality of artificial incense, artificial total quality evaluation of incense provides a reference.
