近年来,随着云南杜培武案、河南赵作海案、浙江张氏叔侄案、安徽于英生案等大批冤错案件的涌现,引起了社会各界的广泛关注,人民群众对公平正义的呼声越来越强烈。切实防止冤假错案,是司法公正最起码、最基本的要求,也是司法机关必须坚守的底线。检察机关作为法律监督机关,要以实际行动维护司法公正,有效防止冤假错案发生,让人民群众切实感受到公平正义就在身边。
In recent years, along with the emergence of a large number of wrong-doing cases such as Dupei Wu in Yunnan, Zhao Zuohai in Henan, Zhang’s nephew in Zhejiang and Anhui Yuying, it has aroused widespread concern in the community and people’s voices of fairness and justice are getting louder and louder strong. To effectively prevent unjustly wrong cases is the minimum and most basic requirement of judicial fairness and the bottom line that the judiciary must stick to. As a legal supervision organ, procuratorial organs must take practical actions to safeguard judicial impartiality and effectively prevent unjust mistakes and misconduct cases so that people will truly feel fairness and justice are on their side.
