目的观察并分析扩张性心肌病患者血液红细胞分布宽度(RDW)改变与血清炎性因子关系。方法随机选取2014年5月-2016年6月间于本院接受治疗的40例扩张性心肌病患者作为此次研究的观察组,随机选取同时期于本院接受健康检查的40例健康志愿者作为此次研究的对照组,对两组入选者的RDW、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β水平进行检验,探讨RDW改变与上述血清炎性因子间的关系。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者RDW、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均有不同程度升高,各项数据对比结果均提示存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。对观察组患者血液RDW与hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β进行相关性分析,结果显示均为正相关(P<0.05)。结论扩张型心肌病患者的血清炎性因子会出现不同程度的升高,血液RDW与血清炎性因子成正相关,其可作为评估扩张性心肌病患者心功能的临床指标。
Objective To observe and analyze the relationship between blood red blood cell distribution width (RDW) and serum inflammatory factors in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Forty patients with dilated cardiomyopathy treated in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the observation group and randomly selected 40 healthy volunteers As a control group, the levels of RDW, hs-CRP, TNF-α, and IL-1β in the two groups were tested to explore the relationship between the changes of RDW and the serum inflammatory factors mentioned above. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of RDW, hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-1β in the observation group all increased to different extents, and all data showed statistical significance (P <0.05). Correlation analysis of RDW, hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-1β in the blood of observation group showed that there was a positive correlation (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy may be increased to some extent. RDW in serum is positively correlated with serum inflammatory factors, which may be used as a clinical indicator to evaluate cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
