一、概况美国英格索兰公司生产的烟气轮机特点之一,是对动叶片的所有外表面、静叶片的工作面和围带的工作面进行爆炸喷涂,使其表面形成一层坚韧的保护层,以减缓运行过程中由于催化装置高温烟气夹带催化剂所造成的冲蚀。1985年,我们到英格索兰公司进行考察,并参观了位于匹茨堡的联合碳化物公司的喷涂厂,现介绍喷涂方面最近的情况。在联合碳化物公司喷涂厂,最早采用的是火焰喷涂,现在已由等离子喷涂发展到使用爆炸喷涂。三种喷涂工艺主要性能的比较见表1:
I.
