本文将偶氮氯膦-Ⅰ的结构加以改造,从而合成新颖结构的兴多偶氮氯膦-Ⅰ。经与镁的吸光光度测定,其络合物最大吸收为580nm;摩尔吸光系数ε_(580)=2.7×10~4,Sandell灵敏度为0.0009微克厘米~(-2);在50毫升体积内0~25微克镁遵循比耳定律;酸度影响小,且不受铵盐影响;显色络合物稳定,放置时间、温度及溶剂对吸光度均无明显影响;各项分析性能优于偶氮氯膦-Ⅰ,是一种新颖的镁显色剂。
In this paper, the structure of chlorophosphonazo-I was modified to synthesize a novel structure of poly-chlorophosphonazo-I. The maximum absorbance of the complex was 580nm. The molar absorptivity ε_ (580) = 2.7 × 10 ~ 4, the sensitivity of Sandell was 0.0009 μg cm ~ (-2) 25 micrograms of magnesium follow Beer’s law; the effect of acidity is small and not affected by ammonium salts; the stability of the chromogenic complex, the storage time, the temperature and the solvent have no significant effect on the absorbance; the analytical performance is better than chlorophosphonazo- Ⅰ, is a novel magnesium reagent.
