慢性肾脏病(CKD)的患病率在全球范围内呈快速增长趋势,部分患者预后差,最终进展至终末期肾病(ESRD),成为世界范围内的重要公共健康问题。部分CKD患者在疾病进程中可发生急性肾损伤,其原因多种多样,本文报道一例系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎伴新月体形成及肾小管间质损害导致的急性肾损伤。患者男性,59岁,因颜面及下肢水肿1月余,血清肌酐升高24 d入院。患者于2015年6月17日无明显诱因出现
The prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) is rapidly increasing worldwide, and some patients have poor prognosis and ultimately advanced end-stage renal disease (ESRD), becoming a worldwide public health concern. Some CKD patients may develop acute kidney injury during the course of the disease for a variety of reasons. This article reports an example of an acute kidney injury caused by mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis with crescent formation and tubulointerstitial damage.
