为了指导部队科学地、合理地利用坑道环境 ,对坑道卫生实施法制化、规范化管理 ,以保障坑道作战部队指战员的身体健康 ,维护部队战斗力。在大量坑道试验结果的基础上 ,并参照国内有关资料 ,研究制定了本标准。标准规定了屯兵坑道进驻人员时的通风量、微小气候 (含温度、湿度、风速 )、照度的卫生学要求及CO2 容许浓度 (引用GJB 2 2 6 1- 95) ,以及空气污染物 (含CO、NH3、H2 S、可吸入颗粒物、细菌总数 )限值。该标准适用于平战时屯兵坑道和掩蔽部进驻人员时的卫生学评价与监督 ;人防工程和其它类型的地下建筑工程进驻人员时也可参照使用。
In order to guide the troops to use the tunnel environment scientifically and rationally and to implement legalized and standardized management of the tunnel health so as to guarantee the health of the officers and men of the tunnel combat troops and safeguard the combat effectiveness of the troops. On the basis of a large number of tunnel test results, and with reference to relevant domestic data, this standard has been studied and formulated. The standard specifies the amount of ventilation, the microclimate (including temperature, humidity and wind speed), the hygiene requirements of illumination and the allowable concentration of CO2 (reference GJB 2 2 6 1-95), and the air pollutants (including CO , NH3, H2S, respirable particulate matter, total bacteria) limit. This standard is applicable to hygiene evaluation and supervision when stationed in tunnels and shelters during peacetime wars; civil defense projects and other types of underground construction projects may also be referred to when stationed.
