目的了解异位妊娠的变化情况,提高异位妊娠的早期确诊率,达到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,杜绝病死率的发生。方法通过近2年收治的异位妊娠30例回顾性总结及分析。结果保守治疗5例,成功2例,其中4例行开腹手术;期待疗法成功4例,成功1例;其他21例为开腹手术。结论降低误诊率,对提高基层抢救成功水平,使异位妊娠患者转危为安有一定的帮助。
Objective To understand the changes of ectopic pregnancy and improve the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, to early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment to prevent the occurrence of mortality. Methods Retrospective analysis and analysis of 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted in the recent 2 years. Results of conservative treatment in 5 cases, 2 cases were successful, of which 4 cases underwent laparotomy; expectant treatment success in 4 cases, 1 case of success; the other 21 cases were laparotomy. Conclusions Reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, to improve the level of successful rescue at the grass-roots level, so that patients with ectopic pregnancy turn out to have some help.
