目的观察新疆间斑寇蛛粗毒液致死大鼠后肾脏的病理表现。方法选取SD大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机均分为正常组、300μl/kg毒素剂量组、400μl/kg毒素剂量组。分别给予皮下注射生理盐水及各剂量毒素后,留取肾脏,进行病理切片,光学显微镜观察。结果 300μl/kg毒素剂量组,肾小球肾小囊内可见多量红细胞渗出,肾小管可见间质点状或片状出血,肾小管上皮肿胀;400μl/kg毒素剂量组,肾小球可见大量红细胞渗出,比300μl/kg组明显,肾小管可见间质出血,部分肾小管上皮脱落,部分肾小管出血坏死,两组均有少许慢性炎症细胞浸润。结论新疆间斑寇蛛粗毒液致大鼠死亡后,可造成肾损害,且损害程度与浓度呈正相关。
Objective To observe the pathological manifestations of the kidney after the death of the rat venom in Xinjiang. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, 300μl / kg toxin dose group and 400μl / kg toxin dose group. After subcutaneous injection of normal saline and various doses of toxins, the kidneys were taken for histopathological examination and light microscopy. Results 300μl / kg toxin dose group showed a large amount of erythrocyte exudation in the glomerular vesicle, tubulointerstitial or patchy hemorrhage and tubule epithelial swelling. In the 400μl / kg toxin dose group, a large amount of glomerulus was observed Erythrocyte exudation, obvious than 300μl / kg group, tubulointerstitial hemorrhage, some renal tubular epithelial shedding, some tubular hemorrhage and necrosis, both groups have a little infiltration of inflammatory cells. Conclusions The death of rats caused by the venom of Cercopithecus sinica in Xinjiang can cause renal damage, and the degree of damage is positively correlated with the concentration.
