作为当今最具有影响力的大众传媒其中之一,广播电台是党、政府与人民的喉舌。采访、写作与编排节目的整个过程中需要贯穿编辑意识、渗透编辑意图,只有这样才可以发挥新闻节目的综合优势。本文从引导公众价值取向、履行普通公民职责两个方面分析广播电台编辑的社会责任;从创新栏目内容、革新电台形式两方面分析了广播电台编辑应怎样构建创意策划。旨在使广播电台编辑更好地履行社会责任、有效提高创意策划的质量。
As one of the most influential mass media today, radio is the mouthpiece of the party, government and people. The whole process of interviews, writing and programming needs to permeate the editorial sense and infiltrate the editors’ intent. Only in this way can the comprehensive superiority of news programs be brought into play. This article analyzes the social responsibility of radio station editors from two aspects: guiding public value orientation and fulfilling common citizen duties. It analyzes how radio station editors should construct creative plans from the aspects of innovating column contents and reforming radio stations. The purpose is to enable radio station editors to better fulfill their social responsibilities and effectively enhance the quality of creative planning.
