本实验以Wistar大鼠颈背部注射D-半乳糖人为建立衰老模型,同时以山茱萸作为抗衰老药物观察自由基(FR)对机体组织的损伤作用,山茱萸的抗氧化能力,了解红细胞内Ca~2+在致衰前后的变化及在衰老中的作用.实验结果显示,模型组大鼠抗氧化能力下降,表现为RBC内SOD活力下降(P“,”A aging rat model was prepared through injecting D-gal into the wistar rats scruff of neck subcutaneous tissue to a model of aging. with cornus offinalis sieb et zucc as medicine of antiaging, we observed the damage of FR to the tissue structure, the antiagng ability of cornus offinalis sieb et zucc and the change in concentration of Ca2+ during the aging process. The result showed that in the rats in model group the canarity of antioxidation declined - the SOD activity in RBC decreased (P>0.05); LP reaction Streagtheasd the contont of MDA in the membrane of RBC increased (P<0.05), and the Ca2+ concenmpion in RBC rose (P<0.001 ). In the rats medicine given the SOD activity in RBC the content of MDA in membrane of RBC and Ca2+ concentrain in RBC showedlittle change. We can dram conclusion in aged rats the reaction of oxidizaion increases in the membrane of RBC, the ability of antioxidation decreases. Cornus offinalis sieb et zucc is of relatively strong antioxidation capacity and reduces FR's oxidizaion effect to keep the body's equilibriam of Ca2+ concentraion.
