This paper comprehensively discusses the development and utilization of kiwifruit, and discusses the water and soil conservation of kiwifruit. It is pointed out that cultivation of kiwi mountain is not only an effective form of soil and water conservation, but also has certain social, ecological and economic benefits. It is a new way for mountain farmers to get rich through science and technology.
