目的:探讨青少年2型糖尿病用二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗糖化血糖蛋白变化情况,为青少年2型糖尿病用二甲双胍联合胰岛素进行治疗提供理论依据。方法 :选取2014年9月至2016年9月在河南大学淮河医院接受治疗的144例青少年2型糖尿病患者作为此次研究对象,给予患者实施药物治疗,并根据药物的不同分为A组、B组、C组,每组48例患者,对三组患者的各项症状和指标进行监测、记录,三组患者连续治疗16周,A组患者使用二甲双胍进行治疗,B组患者使用胰岛素进行治疗,C组患者实施二甲双胍联合胰岛素进行治疗,分析比较三组患者治疗期间糖化血糖蛋白变化情况。结果:治疗前,三组患者糖化血糖蛋白变化情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,C组患者糖化血糖蛋白变化情况相比于A、B两组,C组改善程度明显要好,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青少年2型糖尿病用二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗的疗效显著,相比于单用一种药物,患者的糖化血糖蛋白得到了显著的改善,血糖浓度得到了控制,糖化血糖蛋白的下降明显,患者各项症状得到明显改善。
Objective: To explore the treatment of adolescents with type 2 diabetes mellitus glycoproteins with metformin changes, to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of adolescents with type 2 diabetes metformin combined with insulin. Methods: A total of 144 adolescents with type 2 diabetes treated at Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from September 2014 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. Results: Before treatment, the changes of glycated glycoprotein in three groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the changes of glycated glycoprotein in group C were better than those in groups A and B, and the improvement in group C The degree was significantly better, between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Adolescents with type 2 diabetes treated with metformin and insulin are significantly more effective than those treated with either drug alone. The glycoengine glycoprotein has been significantly improved in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, blood glucose levels are controlled, and glycated blood glycoproteins decline significantly Symptoms have been significantly improved.
