目的:分析正常回盲瓣的CT增强表现。方法:收集因其他原因、排除回盲部疾患的病例186例,观察正常回盲部的CT增强及供血动脉情况。结果:186例患者回盲部显示率100%,165例(88.7%)回盲瓣位于盲肠内侧壁,21例(11.2%)位于后壁,形态可分为鸟嘴型、靶型、唇型、囊肿样型、混合型,平扫呈近似肠壁软组织密度,增强扫描与正常肠壁强化一致,呈均匀强化、花环状强化、线条状强化,同时清晰显示回盲瓣供血动脉。结论:64排螺旋CT增强扫描能清楚显示回盲瓣结构及供血动脉,对回盲瓣是否异常提供重要信息。
Objective: To analyze the CT enhancement of normal ileocecal valve. Methods: A total of 186 patients with ileocecal diseases were excluded due to other reasons. CT enhancement and arterial blood supply were observed in normal ileocecal region. Results: The ileocecal region showed a positive rate of 100% in 186 cases, 165 cases (88.7%) in the medial cecal wall and 21 cases (11.2%) in the posterior wall. The morphology of the ileocecal flap could be divided into beak, target and lip , Cyst type, mixed type, soft tissue density similar to the plain scan, enhancement scan consistent with normal intestinal wall enhancement, uniform enhancement, garland-like enhancement, line-like enhancement, while clearly showing the ileocecal valve feeding artery. Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT enhanced scan can clearly show the structure of the ileocecal valve and the feeding artery, providing important information on whether the ileocecal valve is abnormal.
