The legal system of the corporation is generated by the development of the market economy to a certain stage. It is also an important system for the company to produce and manage according to law, participate in market competition and safeguard the lawful rights and interests. Corporate legal work is the basis for the company system to be implemented and security, but also to safeguard the normal order of development of the market guarantee measures.
