目的观察2型糖尿病患者及其正常糖耐量一级亲属抗氧化能力的改变。方法随机选取58例2型糖尿病患者作为糖尿病组;72例上述患者正常糖耐量一级亲属作为观察组;年龄、性别和体质量指数匹配、无糖尿病家族史的35例健康志愿者作为对照组。比较各组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOS)的改变。结果与对照组相比,糖尿病组SOD、NO、GSH-PX和T-AOS明显降低(P<0.05),MDA明显升高(P<0.05)。观察组的SOD有降低趋势(P=0.058),MDA有升高趋势(P=0.052),NO、GSH-PX、T-AOS无明显变化。结论2型糖尿病患者抗氧化能力明显降低,其正常糖耐量一级亲属抗氧化能力亦有降低趋势。
Objective To observe the changes of antioxidant capacity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and their first degree relatives of normal glucose tolerance. Methods 58 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected as diabetes mellitus group; 72 cases of normal glucose tolerance class 1 relatives as observation group; 35 healthy volunteers matched for age, sex and body mass index and no family history of diabetes mellitus as control group. The superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOS) Change. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of SOD, NO, GSH-PX and T-AOS in diabetic group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and MDA significantly increased (P <0.05). In the observation group, SOD decreased (P = 0.058), MDA increased (P = 0.052), while NO, GSH-PX and T-AOS did not change significantly. Conclusions The anti-oxidative capacity of type 2 diabetic patients is obviously decreased, and the antioxidative capacity of first-degree relatives of normal glucose tolerance also decreases.
