作者用氨基酸分析仪测定了口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者(OMC)35例和无口腔疾患的正常人33例全唾液中17种游离氨基酸的含量.结果表明,OMC组唾液中的17种游离氨基酸含量和总量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);OMC组唾液中的某些游离氨基酸的摩尔比值亦发生明显变化:与对照组比较Arg,Ser和Cys升高(分别从3.86%,3.72%,0.68%升高到8.55%,5.54%,2.33%)(P<0.01),Glx.Val.He,Leu,Tyr和Phe降低(分别从13.35%,6.64%,6.01%,6.59%,7.39%,6.65%降低到10.59%,4.80%,3.84%,4.89%,6.22%,4.87%)(P<0.01~0.05),其它氨基酸无变化(P>0.05).提示:OMC可引起患者唾液中游离氨基酸水平的提高和氨基酸摩尔比值的改变.
The authors used amino acid analyzer to determine the content of 17 free amino acids in 35 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignancy (OMC) and 33 cases of normal saliva without oral disease. The results showed that there were 17 free amino acids in the saliva of OMC group. The content and total amount were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The molar ratios of some free amino acids in the saliva of the OMC group also changed significantly: Arg, Ser, and Cys increased compared with the control group (3.86%, respectively). 3.72%, 0.68% increased to 8.55%, 5.54%, 2.33%) (P<0.01), Glx.Val.He, Leu, Tyr, and Phe decreased (from 13.35%, 6.64%, 6.01%, 6.59%, respectively). 7.39%, 6.65% decreased to 10.59%, 4.80%, 3.84%, 4.89%, 6.22%, 4.87%) (P<0.01-0.05), other amino acids did not change (P>0.05).
