分子标记技术的实用性越来越受到人们的重视,在牡丹种质资源遗传多样性分析和品种鉴定等研究方面,TRAP、SRAP、SCoT、EST-SSR和CDDP等新型目的基因分子标记方法的应用为以RAPD、AFLP、ISSR、SSR等传统随机DNA分子标记的研究成果提供了强有力的补充。此文分别对随机DNA分子标记和目的基因分子标记技术在牡丹遗传多样性及品种鉴定中的应用现状作了综述,指出了目前相关研究中存在的主要问题及其解决措施与方法,以期为牡丹种质资源的整理、亲缘关系的分析和品种鉴定工作提供研究基础和科学依据。
The practicality of molecular marker technology has drawn more and more attention. In the research of genetic diversity analysis and variety identification of peony germplasm resources, the application of novel target gene molecular markers such as TRAP, SRAP, SCoT, EST-SSR and CDDP It provides a powerful supplement to the research results of traditional random DNA molecular markers such as RAPD, AFLP, ISSR and SSR. In this paper, the current status of application of random DNA molecular marker and molecular marker of target gene in peony genetic diversity and variety identification were reviewed respectively. The main problems in current research and their solutions and methods were pointed out, Germplasm resources, genetic relationship analysis and identification of species to provide the basis for the study and scientific basis.
