目的:建立一种快速准确鉴定中药制剂中非法添加地西泮和氯硝西泮的方法。方法:用TLC法对4种可能有非法添加镇静安神类化学药品的中药制剂进行筛查,根据薄层色谱图找出可疑斑点,将可疑斑点分离后直接进行质谱检测,再与地西泮和氯硝西泮对照品的一二级质谱图进行比较。结果:在可疑斑点质谱图中有与对照品一致的一级质谱峰与二级质谱峰。结论:应用TLC联合MS技术可快速准确鉴定出中药制剂中是否含有非法添加的地西泮和氯硝西泮。
Objective: To establish a rapid and accurate identification of traditional Chinese medicine preparations illegally added diazepam and clonazepam method. Methods: Four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparations that may be added with sedative and sedative drugs illegally were screened by TLC method. According to the TLC, suspicious spots were identified. The suspicious spots were separated and directly detected by mass spectrometry, and then reacted with diazepam and The first and second grade spectra of clonazepam reference substance were compared. Results: In the speckled spectrum, the first and second MS peaks were consistent with the reference standard. Conclusion: TLC combined with MS technology can quickly and accurately identify the Chinese medicine preparations contain illegally added diazepam and clonazepam.
