马田煤矿新星井由我公司第一工程处负责施工。主、副立井井筒在完成凿井吊挂准备及井颈段施工后,连续三个月分别累计成井165.8米和154.3米,平均月成井53米。我公司首次在两个井筒同时施工,利用整体金属模板浇灌混凝土井壁,掘砌工效分别达到1.26米~3/工日和1米~3/工日,比国家定额提高了27％和98％,经甲方验收,评定为优良品,下面谈谈我们的体会和认识。
