真菌和其它绿色植物一样,由营养生长进入生殖生长依赖于某些环境条件的变化。本实验的目的是观察液体和琼脂培养基中,不同浓度VB_2和6BA(6-苄基氨基嘌呤)对香菇子实体形成的影响。材料和方法 (一)培养基:配方为葡萄糖2%、酒石酸铵0.2%、KH_2PO_40.1%、MgSO_4·7H_2O0.05%、Na_2CO_30.11%、微量元素(FeSO_4·7H_2O9.9mg/l、CuSO_4·5H_2O0.16mg/l、MgSO_4·5H_2O8.8mg/l、H_3BO_310.0mg/l、ZnSO_4·7H_2O8.8mg/l、Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O 0.10mg/l和Na_2MoO_4·2H_2O 0.05mg/1)、VB_1 1ppm和VC0.125%。培养基分为液体培养基和琼脂培养
