目的探讨急性毛细支气管炎患儿血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(sVCAM-1)和肌酸磷酸激酶(CK-MB)的变化以及其与病情的关系。方法选择急性毛细支气管炎急性期患儿40例(A组,重症型8例,普通型32例)、缓解期30例(B组)和同期健康体检儿童20例(C组),用ELISA法检测sVCAM-1,ACCESS法检测CK-MB。结果 A组sVCAM-1高于B组和C组[(731.22±122.10)ng/ml vs.(486.77±39.83)ng/ml和(465.85±33.64)ng/ml](P<0.05);A组CK-MB高于B组和C组[(5.672±8.03)μg/L vs.(2.88±1.75)μg/L和(2.62±0.85)μg/L](P<0.05)。结论急性毛细支气管炎患儿存在免疫功能的失调,sVCAM-1和CK-MB与疾病的严重程度有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) and creatine phosphokinase (CK-MB) in children with acute bronchiolitis and its relationship with the disease. Methods Acute bronchiolitis 40 children (A group, severe type in 8 cases, common type in 32 cases), 30 cases of remission (group B) and 20 cases of healthy children (group C) Detection of sVCAM-1, ACCESS test CK-MB. Results The sVCAM-1 in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C [(731.22 ± 122.10) ng / ml vs. (486.77 ± 39.83) ng / ml and (465.85 ± 33.64) ng / ml] CK-MB was higher than those in group B and group C [(5.672 ± 8.03) μg / L vs. (2.88 ± 1.75) μg / L and (2.62 ± 0.85) μg / L, respectively] Conclusion There is an imbalance of immune function in children with acute bronchiolitis, and the relationship between sVCAM-1 and CK-MB and the severity of the disease.
