在中长跑运动项目中,一些运动者经常会遇到“极点”的现象,我国要想提高学生的身体耐力素质,就要发展好中长跑这个项目,就必须克服好“极点”现象,每个教师和学生都要了解“极点”产生的原因和掌握克服“极点”的方法和措施。只有处理好这个问题,我国的中长跑项目才能得到进一步的发展,才能提高学生的耐力素质。文章针对中长跑运动过程中出现的“极点”现象产生的原因和克服的方法进行分析,为促进我国中长跑运动项目的进一步发展提供一些参考建议。
In the long-distance running sports, some athletes often encounter “pole ” phenomenon, our country wants to improve students’ endurance qualities, it is necessary to develop good long-distance running this project, we must overcome the “pole” Phenomenon, every teacher and student should understand the causes of “pole” and master the methods and measures to overcome the “pole”. The article analyzes the causes of the “pole” phenomenon and the methods to overcome it during the course of middle and long distance running, and provides some suggestions for further development of middle and long distance running in China.
