伴随着我国社会转型时期社会问题的出现,新生代农民工精神权益问题凸显出来,而精神权益保护缺失是新生代农民工精神权益问题加剧的主要原因。在对新生代农民工精神权益保护缺失的表现及其危害分析的基础上,以全国数据为基础通过对其缺失进行量化核算,得出东部地区大于西部大于中部的结论,并提出应建立健全新生代农民工精神权益保护法律法规,增强新生代农民工维权意识,建立新生代农民工精神权益保护行政责任追究制度的主张及建议。
With the advent of social problems during the period of social transition in our country, the spiritual rights and interests of the migrant workers in the new generation are highlighted.
