英语学习涉及的知识和理论较广,属于系统性较强的科目。就英语语言学习者来说,自主学习能力的培养不仅需要一定的策略和渠道,更需要一定的理论方法。通过元认知理论的英语学习策略,不仅可以培养学生让学生养成制订学习计划、选择学习方式以及安排学习任务的习惯,更是提高学生自主学习能力的重要手段。就基于元认知理论的英语语言学习者怎样培养和提高自主学习能力展开讨论,分析其运用到英语学习中的作用。
English learning involves a wide range of knowledge and theory, belonging to the system of strong subjects. For English language learners, the cultivation of autonomous learning ability not only needs certain strategies and channels, but also needs certain theoretical methods. Through the metacognitive theory of English learning strategies, not only students can develop students to develop learning plans, learning styles and arrangements for the task of learning habits, but also an important means to improve students’ ability to learn independently. Based on the metacognitive theory of English language learners how to cultivate and improve the ability of independent learning to discuss and analyze its role in English learning.
