对41例健康人组和131例缺血性心脑血管疾病、糖尿病合并血管病变患者分别采用ADP诱聚试验,结果证实了血小板聚集率升高可导致血栓形成。并采用经验方心脑宁提取液及潘生丁注射液、蝮蛇抗栓酶对233例血栓性疾病患者分组进行实验室体外血小板解聚研究。结果提示 3药均有抗血小板聚集作用,但心脑宁提取液体外抗血小板聚集作用优于蝮蛇抗栓酶,而逊于潘生丁注射液。同时对另外30例患者采用口服心脑宁进行临床治疗前后观察,证明该药对血小板有较明显解聚作用。
ADP induction test was performed on 41 healthy people and 131 patients with ischemic cardiovascular and diabetic angiopathy, respectively. The results confirmed that elevated platelet aggregation rate can lead to thrombosis. The experimental in vitro platelet depolymerization of 233 patients with thrombotic diseases was studied using empirical Fang Xin Nao Ning extract, dipyridamole injection, and snake antagonism enzyme. The results suggest that 3 drugs have anti-platelet aggregation, but Xinnao Ning extract liquid anti-platelet aggregation is better than the snake antithrombotic enzyme, and inferior to dipyridamole injection. At the same time, another 30 patients were observed before and after clinical treatment with oral cardiac and cerebral anaesthesia, which proved that the drug had obvious depolymerization on platelets.
