腹痛及腰背痛是腹腔晚期癌肿主要症状之一,使病人经受严重折磨。一般止痛方法往往难以奏效,我们采用美蓝合剂用于腹腔晚期癌肿止痛10例,收到明显效果,特报告如下: 一、一般资料男6例,女4例。年龄17～18岁。胰头癌4例,胰体癌2例,右后叶原发肝癌2例,小肠系膜恶性淋巴瘤1例,浸润性胃癌1例。观察时间15～60天。二、方法 2％美蓝2ml(北京制药厂生产),用1％普鲁卡因20 ml稀释成1％美蓝合剂备用。术前即有疼痛者,术中发现肿瘤不能切除,可将美蓝合剂注射于肿瘤周围及胰腺上缘,相当于腹腔动脉根部腹膜后组织内,用量在20～40ml,已确诊为腹腔肿瘤伴有严重疼痛者,可经
