在不同的冲击速度和冲角下对一种韧性金属材料(45钢)进行了冲蚀磨损实验,用金相方法和扫描电镜考察了试样上单个冲蚀坑和稳态冲蚀表面的形貌。根据实验结果并结合前人的工作,分析了韧性金属材料的冲蚀机理,提出了一个相应的冲蚀磨损理论模型。
Erosion wear test of a ductile metallic material (45 steel) was carried out at different impact velocities and angles of attack. The morphology of the erosion pits and steady erosion surfaces of the specimens was investigated by metallographic method and scanning electron microscope appearance. According to the experimental results combined with the previous work, the erosion mechanism of ductile metal was analyzed and a corresponding theoretical model of erosion wear was proposed.
