利用免疫鸡的蛋黄制备了普通小麦高分子量谷蛋白1Dx5和1Bx17+1By18亚基的多克隆抗体,结果表明:鸡对抗原的免疫耐性较强,30~240μg抗原/只鸡都能产生较高效价的抗体,蛋黄中抗体效价略高于抗血清,两者的动态变化规律基本相同,但前者要晚7天左右.利用硫酸葡聚糖能有效地纯化蛋黄抗体.
