以苯硫酚为有机配体合成了半导体镉硫蔟合物 ( Me4 N) 2 [Cd4 ( SPh) 10 ]、( Me4 N) 4 [Cd10 S4 ( SPh) 16 ]、 ( Me4 N) 8[Cd2 0 S13( SPh) 2 2 ]和 Cd32 S14 ( SPh) 36 · DMF4 .喇曼光谱研究证明簇合物的结构是以 Cd S为核心 ,有机配体通过 Cd— S键包覆在核的外面 ;吸收光谱中发现了吸收带边蓝移的量子尺寸效应 ,( Me4 N) 8[Cd2 0 S13( SPh) 2 2 ]和 Cd32 S14 ( SPh) 36 · DMF4 出现了激子吸收峰 ;光致发光光谱中看到了发光峰的明显展宽现象 ;改变有机配体如巯基乙醇和二巯基丙醇 ,不影响簇合物的吸收和光致发光光谱性能
(Me4N) 2 [Cd4 (SPh) 10], (Me4N) 4 [Cd10S4 (SPh) 16], and (Me4N) 8 [Cd2 0 S13 (SPh) 2 2] and Cd32 S14 (SPh) 36 · DMF4.Studies show that the structure of cluster is centered on CdS, and the organic ligand is coated on the outside of the core by Cd- In the absorption spectrum, the quantum size effect of band-edge blue shift was found and the exciton absorption peak appeared for (Me4N) 8 [Cd2 0 S13 (SPh) 2 2] and Cd32 S14 (SPh) 36 · DMF4. The apparent broadening of the luminescence peak was observed. Changing organic ligands such as mercaptoethanol and dimercaptopropyl alcohol did not affect the absorption and photoluminescence spectra of the cluster compounds
