目的了解乙型肝炎后肝硬化失代偿期患者血清内毒素(LPS)与血清一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)间的关系,探讨其临床意义.方法用鲎试剂(Ⅱ)-偶氮显色法定量检验法及比色法、ELISA双抗体夹心法分别测定80例肝硬化患者血清LPS,NO及TNF-α水平.另设正常对照组.结果肝硬化失代偿期患者血清LPS,NO及TNF-α的水平均显著升高,肝功能越差,升高越明显;血清LPS与NO及TNF-α水平呈显著正相关.结论肝硬化失代偿期时,血清LPS水平增高,并可诱导NO及耵吓-α过度分泌,是肝硬化时高动力
