目的调查深圳市大鹏新区育龄妇女宫颈健康状况。方法筛查3986例,全部做HPV、TCT检测,高危人群均做阴道镜,并镜下行宫颈多点活检。结果 HPV、TCT阳性率16.39%,其中HPV阳性12.64%,细胞学阳性6.35%,高度病变0.66%,高危人群(二项均阳性)3.5%;病理诊断CINⅠ级占66%,CINⅡ级占3%,CINⅢ占6%,慢性宫颈炎占10%,局部鳞状上皮增生占15%。结论 HPV+TCT对宫颈健康筛查具有推广价值,大鹏新区育龄妇女宫颈健康状况较差,有关部门对育龄妇女宫颈健康的服务与教育有待提高。 Objective To investigate the cervical health status of women of childbearing age in Dapeng New District of Shenzhen City. Method screening 3986 cases, all done HPV, TCT testing, high-risk groups were done colposcopy, and underwent multiple cervical biopsy. Results The positive rates of HPV and TCT were 16.39%, HPV positive 12.64%, cytology positive 6.35%, high grade 0.66%, and high risk group 3.5% respectively. The pathological diagnosis of CIN Ⅰ grade was 66% and CIN Ⅱ grade was 3% , CIN Ⅲ accounted for 6%, chronic cervicitis accounted for 10%, local squamous epithelial hyperplasia accounted for 15%. Conclusions HPV + TCT has the value of popularizing cervical health screening. The cervical health status of fertile women in Dapeng New District is poor, and the service and education of cervical spine to women of childbearing age needs to be improved.
