柴胡解热滴鼻液的制备工艺研究

目的:制备柴胡解热滴鼻液。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取柴胡挥发油,采用气相色谱,以峰面积为指标,考察不同条件下挥发油的提取效果;采用V-C扩散池,以透过率、特性黏数、体外黏附力为指标,筛选最佳渗透促进剂和黏附剂浓度,优选制剂处方。结果:最佳提取工艺为:柴胡药材经50℃烘干,粉碎成最粗粉,70℃浸泡8h,提取时间6 h;最优处方为:0.8%的羟丙基-β-环糊精,0.3%的羧甲基纤维素钠。结论:该工艺稳定、可行。 Objective: Preparation of Bupleurum nasal heat solution. Methods: Volatile oil from Bupleurum chinense was extracted by steam distillation, and the extraction effect of volatile oil under different conditions was investigated by gas chromatography with peak area as the index. The permeability, intrinsic viscosity and in vitro adhesion of VC were used as indexes , Screening the best penetration enhancers and adhesive concentration, preferably formulation prescription. Results: The best extraction process was as follows: Bupleurum medicinal materials were dried at 50 ℃, crushed into the most coarse powder, soaked at 70 ℃ for 8h, the extraction time was 6 h. The optimal prescription was 0.8% hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin , 0.3% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible.
