According to the BBC, during the economic crisis in 2013, the number of students who had studied in the United Kingdom in arrears lending broke the 50 million pounds mark (for the first time). As the arrears become increasingly serious and the increasingly tough attitude of the British government not only enables private detectives to collect debts, but also does not rule out the issue of settling arrears through judicial channels. However, many people think that the British government failed to recover its loans and should also look for problems on its own. In 2012, the average tuition fees of 90 universities in the United Kingdom were as high as 8,660 pounds / year (about 80,000 yuan). Moreover, the British government did not give equal employment opportunities for those students who “owe large debts” to Eastern Europe .
