利用紫外光度法研究了抗癌药物鞣花酸(EA)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)与稀土金属钐(Sm3+)体系作用,并用荧光、紫外等方法对其作用机理进行探讨。研究表明:在pH9.6的条件下,鞣花酸可以和Sm3+、CTAB结合形成络合物并在289 nm有吸收峰,此吸收峰强度与鞣花酸的加入量在一定范围内成正比。通过对鞣花酸检测,得到其线性范围为1.0×10-8~5.0×10-5 mol/L,其摩尔吸光系数为3.56×104 mol/L.cm,据此建立了灵敏的测定鞣花酸的方法。与已见报道的鞣花酸的分析方法相比,该法具有较宽的线性范围和较高的灵敏度。应用拟定的方法测定石榴皮中鞣花酸的含量,结果令人满意。
The effects of anticancer drugs ellagic acid (EA), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and rare earth metal samarium (Sm3 +) system were studied by UV spectrophotometry.
