目的对荨麻根的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱等各种色谱技术对荨麻根的化学成分进行分离,应用理化数据分析和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从荨麻根中分离得到10个化合物,分别为α-香树脂醇(Ⅰ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚(Ⅳ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅴ)、4-羟基苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、东莨菪素(Ⅶ)、东莨菪素苷(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ均为首次从荨麻中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of castor root. Methods The chemical constituents of ramie root were separated by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and other chromatographic techniques. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical data analysis and spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the roots of ramie, which were α-aromatic alcohol (I), β-aromatic alcohol (II), oleanolic acid (III), and bis(5-formyldecyl) ether. (IV), 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (V), 4-Hydroxybenzoic acid (VI), Orestin (VII), Tocotrix (VIII), Carboxydid (IX), and β-sitosterol (X ). Conclusion Compounds I-VII were isolated from castor for the first time.
