1.来稿应符合本刊报道范围,论点明确,论据可靠,数字准确,文字精练,注意保守国家机密。稿件一般不得超过5000字。来稿请附英文文题和作者单位的译名以及作者姓名的汉语拼音,并请附200字以内的中文摘要和英文摘要,3～8个中、英文关键词。2.文稿要求抄写在16开单面方格稿纸上,汉字及标点符号应逐格书写,字迹清楚,简体字以《汉语词典》为准。标点符号清楚、准确。每段开始前空两格,以下顶格书写,打印件、字迹潦草的稿件恕不受理。
