采用溶剂热合成法制备B-TiO2,研究了B掺杂量对TiO2光催化剂物化性质和光催化降解甲基橙活性的影响。实验结果表明,B-TiO2样品均为四方晶系锐钛矿型结构,掺杂B后引起TiO2晶粒尺寸减小和颗粒细化,比表面积随B含量增加而逐渐增大。B离子主要进入TiO2晶格占据O的位置形成O-Ti-B结构,B-TiO2的晶胞体积比纯TiO2有所减小,孔径大小和孔容积略有增大。B-TiO2的光催化活性普遍优于TiO2,吸附性能随B掺杂量的增加而逐渐下降,3%B掺杂的TiO2具有最佳的光催化活性。
B-TiO2 was prepared by solvothermal synthesis. The effects of B content on the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 photocatalysts and the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange were investigated. The experimental results show that the B-TiO2 samples are tetragonal anatase structure. The doping of B results in the decrease of the grain size and the grain refinement of TiO2. The specific surface area increases with the increase of B content. B ions mainly enter the site where the TiO2 lattice occupies O to form an O-Ti-B structure. The unit cell volume of the B-TiO2 decreases compared with the pure TiO2, and the pore size and the pore volume slightly increase. The photocatalytic activity of B-TiO2 is generally better than that of TiO2. The adsorption properties of B-TiO2 decrease gradually with the increase of B doping amount, while 3% B-doped TiO2 has the best photocatalytic activity.
