(2015年11月27日北京市第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十三次会议通过)(一)任命靳学军为北京市高级人民法院审判委员会委员审判员任命薛强为北京市高级人民法院民事审判第二庭庭长,免去其北京市高级人民法院立案庭庭长职务。免去李颖丽的北京市高级人民法院刑事审判第二庭副庭长职务。免去张立明的北京市高级人民法院申诉审查庭副庭长、审判员职务。免去赵彬、张凯军、何广立、佟福和、董更的北京市高级人民法院审判员职务。
