月前,由兰州石化公司石化研究院开发的耐水型低醛脲醛树脂技术开发项目,通过了甘肃省科技厅的技术鉴定。该项目采用多次投料新工艺,在脲醛树脂的合成中加入能与尿素反应且粘结性佳的疏水性树脂及能与甲醛反应的化学物质,合成了耐水低醛脲醛树脂,其产品综合性能优于国内同类产品。该技术的特点在于使用了甲醛捕捉剂及确定了添加捕捉剂的最佳温度。同时,所选用的各种助剂具有较好的协同效应,降低了产品中游离醛的含量,延长了产品的贮存期,大大提高了树脂的耐水胶合强度。
